BMO Bank of Montreal was a tenant improvement at the Marine Gateway Development.

The new T&T Supermarket at Marine Gateway is the 10th location to open in Vancouver. The store features 50,000 square feet of commercial space.

Gateway Place is a commercial property located in Surrey, BC. When completed, the building will comprise a 56,000-sf, four-storey LEED Gold office tower coupled with 38,500 sf of retail space. Future tenants include Nesters Market, TD Bank, and Shoppers Drug Mart.

510 Seymour is a commercial property located in Vancouver on the southeast corner of Seymour Street and West Pender Street. The project features 10 storeys of commercial space, with the roof being an outdoor patio/garden. Adler University, a professional Psychology school for graduate students, will be occupying 30,000 square feet over the first five floors and Onlineshoes.com is occupying 24,000 square feet over three upper level floors. There will also be a two level underground parking garage, that will feature a unique vehicle elevator. PML’s scope of work includes plumbing and HVAC.

Safeway Extra at Uptown features a 24,000 square foot grocery store, complete with a barista bar and extensive deli area. Safeway also features a Safeway Liquor Store, with a separate entrance from the grocery store.

The Ridge Meadows Hospital & Health Care Centre added a 20-bed acute psychiatric facility which replaced an existing 14-bed inpatient unit. The existing facility required significant upgrades to ensure healthcare building codes were met, including significant retrofit work to the HVAC and mechanical systems. An integrated retrofit project that required the highest healthcare standards and successful collaboration with the construction and electrical contractors.

Southpointe Academy is a private educational institutional located in Delta BC, serving students from pre-kindergarten through grade 12. The project, completed in January 2012, features a brand new 68,000 square foot facility. PML provided full mechanical contracting services including design review and value engineering services to the owner and Omicron to arrive at a guaranteed maximum price for the scope established by the client. A group source geoexchange loop connected to water/water heat pumps is the primary source of cooling and heating for the building with load side distribution to four pipe unit ventilators and fan coils.

Shawnigan Lake School is co-educational, independent boarding school located on a rural 380 acre property on Vancouver Island. The school was founded in 1916 and accommodates 480 students from grades 8-12. PML was involved in multiple new construction and heritage restoration projects at Shawnigan Lake School including: Renfrew House, Ripley House, Lake House, Library, Ice Rink and the Community Center.
