The Oakridge Centre redevelopment is redefining urban living in Vancouver by bringing together retail, office, and residential spaces within a single landmark destination.

PML delivered the large-scale mechanical installation supporting this transformative development across the North and South buildings. The scope included work throughout the parkade, retail mall, podium levels, and energy transfer station rooms serving the residential towers.

• 7 mechanical rooms installed and commissioned
• 6 water entry rooms completed
• 280+ pumps and tanks installed to support the building's mechanical and hydronic systems
• Nearly 300 fan-coil units installed to provide climate control and occupant comfort throughout the mall
• 20 air handling units installed and commissioned to maintain ventilation and indoor air quality
• 10 Jellyfish Filters installed for stormwater treatment
• 50 sump pumps installed to provide reliable drainage and flood protection

Behind every piece of equipment was a tremendous amount of coordination, expertise, and craftsmanship. From layout and fabrication through installation, start-up, testing, and final commissioning, each phase required precision and close collaboration to successfully integrate these complex systems.
