Project Description

Upon its completion, Oakridge Centre will proudly claim the title of British Columbia’s second-largest shopping destination. This impressive mixed-use project, boasting a staggering 5.5 million square feet of space and a $5 billion investment, currently stands as the largest ongoing development within Metro Vancouver. The development encompasses a visionary vision with 14 residential towers, offering a total of 3,500 homes. Additionally, it features a 103,000 square-foot community center, 450,000 square feet of office space, and a spacious parking facility accommodating 6,000 vehicles.
