The Hard Rock Casino project involved implementing advanced mechanical ventilation systems to optimize the facility's air quality and energy efficiency. With traditional gaming floors, live showrooms, and multiple food service facilities, the challenge was to ensure a steady supply of high-quality fresh air while minimizing energy consumption.

An integrated approach, internally and with other trades on the project, resulted in a successful project completed on time and within budget. The casino opened in the spring of 2011 to waiting crowds.
