Rising five storeys above downtown Langford, this 95,000-square-foot mass timber campus anchors community-integrated education in one of Canada’s fastest-growing regions. This initiative aims to bring education closer to home for more students, aligning with the demands of rapidly evolving job markets.  

Built with sustainability at the forefront, the building achieved LEED Gold certification and Zero Carbon Building designation. PML contributed to sustainability measures by incorporating chilled sails, which couples radiant cooling and heating for improved performance.
