Job Summary
PML Professional Mechanical Ltd., Leaders in Building Systems, is seeking an experienced Foreman/General Foreman.
Responsibilities

Responsible for the quality installation and scheduling of their project from assignment through completion

Attend all site meetings to represent PML
-
Daily quality control and appropriate documentation
-
Accurately manage manpower on site to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule while staying on budget
-
Ensure project manager is fully informed of project activities through the use of various project reports

Ensure all materials are on site prior to beginning tasks
-
Ensure sub trades are following all rules and regulations on site

Ensure all necessary safety measures are being followed on site
Qualifications
-
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Foreman

Must have understanding of construction terms, scheduling and planning concepts
-
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
-
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
