The college is designed to support more than 1,400 students in the fields of clean energy, electric, hydrogen fuel cell, plug-in hybrid, and autonomous automotive technologies. Spanning 343,832 square feet across eight storeys and two levels of underground parking, the building is set to achieve LEED Gold certification.
The Slocan campus in East Vancouver is being redeveloped into a groundbreaking new facility dedicated to children and youth living with complex health conditions. Designed to strengthen ties with the community, this thoughtfully planned campus will offer a welcoming, integrated healthcare environment.
The Slocan Facility & Daycare development will be delivered in phases and will feature a new three-storey Complex Care Centre, alongside a purpose-built daycare facility. The project is targeting LEED v4 Gold Certification for Healthcare, in line with the City of Vancouver’s Green Building Policy.
PML is pleased to share that we have been awarded the full mechanical scope of work for this project, including HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Controls, and Medical Gas, under a Design Assist contract.
This project involves the development of a standalone, brand-new 3-storey Renal Dialysis Services Centre. The third floor will be dedicated to housing mechanical and electrical systems, contributing to improved patient care within the community.
Our mechanical scope of work includes providing design-assist services along with plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection installations.Â
The Cineplex at Marine Gateway features many amenities and multiple types of theatres (listed below). Additionally, the space features a full restaurant and lounge in the VIP 19+ area.
