The Ridge Meadows Hospital & Health Care Centre added a 20-bed acute psychiatric facility which replaced an existing 14-bed inpatient unit. The existing facility required significant upgrades to ensure healthcare building codes were met, including significant retrofit work to the HVAC and mechanical systems.

An integrated retrofit project that required the highest healthcare standards and successful collaboration with the construction and electrical contractors.
