Project Description

750 Burrard Street (also known as 969 Robson Street, or “Robson Central”) is a building in Downtown Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, at the northeast corner of Robson Street and Burrard Street. The site was originally home to the main branch of the Vancouver Public Library from 1957 to 1995. Since 1995 the building has also housed Virgin, HMV, and Planet Hollywood, TV stations and numerous radio stations. Current occupants of the building include Bell Media, the Globe, Clearly Contacts, and a flagship Victoria’s Secret store.

In 2012, PML was apart of the major renovation to the base building as well as multiple tenant improvements. Mechanical services including plumbing, HVAC, and Sprinklers were provided for all work.
